As a certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist and mom of two, I help mamas feel strong and confident—inside and out. I believe that preparing both your body and mind for an empowering pregnancy, birth, and recovery sets the foundation for everything that follows.

My own journey into motherhood inspired me to dive deep into how we can support women physically, mentally, and emotionally through every stage. The result is a coaching approach rooted in both evidence and lived experience. With over a decade in the health and wellness space, I’ve had the privilege of writing for, training, and cheering on incredible women—just like you.

I bring science and soul to everything I do: breaking down the latest research, answering those “Is this normal?” questions, and delivering the essentials without the fluff. Hi, I’m Dr. Danielle Pasquale, a Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered in their bodies. Whether you’re navigating the postpartum journey, pushing your limits as an athlete, managing persistent pelvic pain, or simply trying to understand your body on a deeper level—I’m here for you.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, overcome pelvic floor challenges, and move through life with greater confidence and ease. I offer virtual consultations for a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including leaks, prolapse, pain, pressure, and performance-related issues. My approach blends breathwork, deep core training, and functional movement to rebuild the essential brain-body connection.

I truly believe that strength starts from within—and when your foundation is strong, everything else falls into place.
